--Button bounce fix. I had mentioned in the 'known issues' that sometimes the tact button addressing routine would not detect values correctly, this is apparently due to a mechanical quirk of these switches, in that they will sometimes 'bounce' back down for a fraction of a second after being released. The code now checks to make sure the state is unchanged for half a second before doing anything about it, which eliminates the problem. Credit to Ron C.

--Fixed a bug in the break detection routine that could cause the read values to be off by one in cases where the break from the microcontroller was exactly 88uS.
