+## Create a new site
+
+* Ensure the `summary` text is not empty
+* Navigation -> Remove the `Browse` item
+* Site Admin -> Settings -> Search Type -> `All sites`
+* Add a page called 'Index'
+  * Remove the `Page title` block
+  * Add the block `Arc-hive site`
+    * Add an attachment. This will be the default header image for all pages
+    * Complete the **Artist** **Date** and **Collection** fields
+  * Add the block `Technical documentation`
+  * Go to 'Navigation' and make the 'index' page the default page.
