fixed several issues in branch https://git.hangar.org/arcHIVE-tech/Arc-hive-omeka-theme/src/branch/fix/index-sites-items-issue-35

Hi @jorge

I have added a VueJS component to the project. It handles Collection listing and search.

Because Listing and Search are now integrated into the same <tag>, changes have been made to the collection page layout.
